Born in a place called Balassagyarmat surprisingly few years ago, Szilvi is the one that holds the office together. Apart from receiving clients with care and courtesy and keeping our records in order, she also makes sure we don't run out of paper, aren't late for meetings, have brushed hair/polished shoes, etc. When you receive correspondence from us, chances are she is the one who diligently checked it for errors. Szilvi was instrumental in the development of both our statistical reporting system and unique P-K4 blend of tea, and is, for a wonder, an expert on wine-growing.      We don't know where she finds the time, but she is also a part time student, studying the effects of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy on Hungary.
